Quitting meds

Post Content

I’m currently prescribed 0.5 mg of clonazepam and have been taking it for about a year. I don’t take it daily — sometimes I go a week or more without it. Even when I do take it, I usually take a little more than half a pill rather than the full dose. I originally started taking it because I’ve struggled with work-related anxiety for a long time. In the past, that anxiety has led me to walk out of jobs. I’m looking for advice on how to reduce my dependence on clonazepam and manage my anxiety in healthier ways. I’m also interested in hearing how others have successfully tapered off and whether there are any supplements that may help with anxiety
