LDN for very severe/severe

Hey everyone, Did anyone have trouble increasing their LDN dose? It took me 6 months to get to 1mg. I don't even know if it helped. Being desperate (bedridden for a year), I increased by 0.05 every 5 days and I'm at 1.4mg now. Sometimes it's okay, other times I feel like I'm having PEM... my pulse hasn't increased much, it's pretty good 90% of the time. My HRV has gone from 42 at the beginning of the month to 48 at night, but I trigger PEM super quickly... Last night I wanted to give my wife a massage (I was lying down) to thank her for everything she does, but after 5 minutes I had terrible PEM. My nights have been weird since the increase: I wake up even more often, it feels like I've slept 10 hours when only an hour has passed. I've been at 1.4mg for 4 days now... should I keep trying?
