Five months on Levo and finally in the green!

Just got my latest blood work results back this morning and despite a spike last month after starting Zepbound, with an increase in dose of my Levo, I am finally in the green! TSH is at 1.26 and my T4 is 1.3! I started at a TSH >150 so this feels so amazing! I also had a lipid panel done this month and I'm proud to say that in just 4 months I have brought my cholesterol down to an almost normal level! I was so scared about going on cholesterol medication at 33 that I worked so hard on eating a high fiber, low saturated fat diet since October. I am almost back in the green on my entire panel. I'm not quite there yet but I think I can talk my doctor into extending my time to continue to bring my numbers down naturally. I am just over the moon today!
