What food NOT to avoid

Post Content

In the spirit of reducing my sugar readings, I'm aggressively cutting down carbs and now everything by default feels like it is "prohibited" makes me very conscious of what I'm eating. Which can be a good thing, but I'm just worried if I am cutting out other good food that can help me. So far, I've cut down carbs to bare minimum, no to nuts, no to berries, no to fried food. Yes to greek salad, 1tbsp oilve oil, some yogurt, and lightly stirred veggies
