Knot-like stomach pain. 26F.

I have some sort of knot like stomach pain in my left abdomen. Wouldn’t say it’s lower, maybe mid. It’s not tender when I touch my skin, and I don’t think anything inside physically hurts. Nothing is perturbed or lumpy. I did just take my Ozempic shot the other day but I injected that on my right side so I’m wondering if somehow, some vain affected my left side too? Because it feels like this pain is on the surface, but when I touch my stomach the pain isn’t there, but sometimes it is. It just feels like it’s too close to my skin underneath. Could maybe be IBS? I don’t know again— it feels too surface level I’m 26, F. 5’ and weigh 100 pounds. I have PCOS. I’m taking Ozempic. Trelegy and on BCP.
