What to expect during a diagnosis?

Basically what the title says. I did a screening for ADHD a month ago and scored pretty high (107/133 points; z-score of 1.38), mostly on the inattentive side. I'll be going to a psychiatrist appointment to discuss my screening results and have an assessment on whether I have or don't have it. I've been having my suspicions on neurodivergency in general, but what I've been struggling through since childhood up until now (lately becoming even worse) aligns with ADHD. I'm thinking of prepping like a document describing symptoms and examples, and also stuff specifically from my childhood that align with ADHD to maybe make the psychiatrist's job easier? Idk if that will hinder the process or he'll ignore it, it's just I'm a very forgetful person and write down stuff like this cause I know I'll forget something important. I'm worried that the doctor I'm going to (one of the very few that specialise with ADHD-related issues in our country) has very short appointments (30 minutes) and some people do claim it took them 1 session to get diagnosed. Isn't that rushed? He has super high reviews (4.9/5 from hundreds of reviews) so apparently he's very good at his job. How did your process go? Was it as quick/rushed? Did you have any brain scans? Also, is sensory sensitivity a symptom of ADHD? I have terrible sensitivity towards sound and noise and I got loops earplugs that are a major lifesaver when I get overwhelmed.
