Weird pink spot on my hand with red in the middle

I’m (19 AFAB) really afraid it might be melanoma. I have had this spot on my hand for like 5 years and once I tried to cut it off and it bled everywhere,like unusually a lot. Five years back I used to eat really unhealthy, like bacon and sugary food everyday (I was in a really bad place in my life). I showed this spot to the school nurse back then and she didn’t know what to make of it, she thought it could be a vein(??). Going to a skin doctor is really expensive in my country.. **Is this something I should be worried about?** I take all the basic vitamins and I’m a pretty healthy person now.
