Just prescribed Wegovy and freaking out a little bit.

So, I'm 40 and have fatty liver. I'm floating around 280 lbs due to RA and my doctor tried to get me on Zepbound. Sadly my insurance will only cover Wegovy and I'm a bit nervous. I'm hearing issues with vision loss and it's truly making me terrified of this drug. I know the risks are low, but I don't know what I'd do. My doctor's office claimed they have zero patients that have reported this. Does anyone have any advice or thoughts to help me out? Thanks everyone!
