Fell and am worried about a concussion or bleed. (I know it’s silly, but brains are weird)

Hello! First things first, yes I have anxiety, yes I am medicated, yes I know this is kinda stupid to ask about. Long story short, I climbed up a small snow bank and lost my footing on the way down. I lost it on like the last step so I essentially tripped. I’m 24M, 185/190ishhh lbs and I’m 5’3”. I fell on a driveway. My legs for sure hit the ground as did my right hand and arm. I have no cuts on my arm and didn’t super feel it cuz I had a good jacket. My hand has some superficial cuts but no bleeding. On to the part that worries me, my face did make contact. It was mostly my chin and my nose. Nose has only superficial scratches and my chin has like a 1/2 inchish long scratch that’s just deep enough to bleed. No bloody nose, all my teeth in tact, the bleeding stopped about 5 mins after the cut and it was more weepy than true bleeding. It’s all cleaned up. However, I know you don’t need to hit your head to get a concussion or brain bleed so that’s why I’m worried. I didn’t pass out, I got up immediately, I’m totally aware, totally oriented and light doesn’t hurt to look at (well, no more than owe my eyes looking at direct light). No like “dark spots” in my vision. I have a slight headache behind my eyes but I’m prone to sinus headaches and my nose is stuffy because of the weather. I have no nausea. I guess I’m more worried about a brain bleed than anything because I know those can go unrecognized for a while before they cause an issue. I also haven’t fallen on my face since I was like 16 and I feel like an old man now haha. Anyways, if you read all the way down, thank you so much for taking the time! I know doctors are very busy people and I know a lot of the stuff on this sub is like “hey I have something that for sure warrants an ER visit, should I go?” So it feels stupid to be like “I tripped and knocked my face on the ground a little, am I good?”
