Zoladex worsening pain

Hi. I have suspected endometriosis and have been put on zoladex whilst i wait for surgery (BMI slightly too high). Has anyone had an increase of their pain with this? I got my first zoladex injection yesterday around midday and now it’s 9pm the following day and I am in absolute agony! It’s my ‘normal’ chronic pain but just 10x worse honestly. I’ve read online that apparently, due to endometriosis being oestrogen driven and zoladex causes oestrogen levels to rise initially, the pain can actually increase before it gets better. But I really wanted to see if anyone else had experience this at all and if they have, how long it takes before the pain ‘should’ either become lesser or gone. Thankfully, i’m prescribed Oramorph which has helped but still.. it’s bad😢 I’m not completely educated on everything endometriosis and zoladex etc etc, so i do apologise if any of this seems silly to ask.
