T1.5 - Will dexamethasone oral mouth rinse raise my sugar if not ingesting?

I was prescribed dexamethasone mouth rinse today after dental work. Will this raise my blood sugar? Dentist said no, but figured I’d ask to see if anyone has taken it here. I have used steroid skin creams in the past with no issues, but oral tablet steroids (or IV steroids) send my sugar through the roof.
