Fat to fit to fatish?

Post Content

These pictures were taken at my heaviest of 250lbs & my lowest of 200lbs. With diet, exercise, & phentermine i worked really hard to lose the weight in 6 months for my 2024 wedding. (& then immediately got pregnant & put it almost all back on lol) So now im on zep trying to lose weight at a slower more manageable pace. (Cuz i have no time to exercise with a 9 month old lol) But i had a family member ask me what is my goal & i said back to my wedding weight because 190s-200 is where "I" felt best. My face/arms were slimmer, i was healthy, & i still had curves where i wanted. & they responded saying thats not healthy for my height/i need to lose more & be skinnier, etc & i was a lil upset. I explained according to the BMI charts anything above 150lbs says I'm "overweight" & i just don't agree nor plan to ever get that low. I don't think I've ever really looked like what the # on the scale said. & weight looks different on different bodies. So i guess i want to encourage everyone to reach YOUR goal, whatever that may be. My goal of 200 may still be considered "fat" or "big" to my family but it's just right for me! 😊 (took my 4th zep shot today. Down 10lbs so far so 35lbs to go!)
