Acne

I have always struggled with acne to a degree. But at 39 it's seems to be worse than ever. Mostly my neck and chin. For about 3 or 4 months now. It's embarrassing and destroying my confidence. I am in the process of looking for a new family dr as my current one doesn't seem to want to address anything (including this). In the meantime, has anyone had any success with over the counter products?
