Saw a Guardian headline today that talked about a "point of no return" with global warming that set off climate anxiety

I know news love to be sensationalist but this stuff still eats at me. Couldn't read the article due to a paywall but it was about the "hothouse Earth" scenario moving closer, supposedly. Combined with the rising censorship of the internet through ID-gating laws, social media bans, etc, I feel like I can't even retreat to my usual places of comfort when it feels like the world is ending. I just don't know what to do anymore man. This sucks and it's hard to find any comfort these days.
