Flank and gallbladder pain

Post Content

35F I have started getting sudden sharp lightning pain in the right upper quadrant. It can feel heavy after eating heavy or increase jolts of pain but generally it’s quite random. Ultrasound and labs say I’m fine, just some polyps in the gallbladder wall. No hida scan yet ( probably year or 2 wait) But I also am starting to get flank and mid abdomen pain ( even more so) BEFORE eating. And first bite causes a whole ruckus of pain. The lightning pain I also can get but on an empty stomach or even when lying flat on my back. Kidneys have some increased protein but still within normal limits. I’m absolutely perplexed. I do have reflux but it’s been under control for years. Generally no stomach pain at all. I hardly even made a link that any of this pain is food related. It’s very short lasting, just strong. A few seconds of really bad pain, and then dull painful heaviness but that one is very rare. What could cause a reaction like this upon first bite. Recently I took Inofolic and that one really made things come to the surface badly and could eat only toast
