Ativan Post Treatment

For those post active treatment, does your MO prescribe you ativan to use as needed? I am 7 months post active treatment and have a low level constant buzz of anxiety that I did not have pre-cancer. I know it’s not great to use long term, but I take them very occasionally and it’s been nice to have as needed. The last time I asked my MO for a refill, she gave me 1 refill but I could tell hesitantly. I’m just wondering if it’s a reasonable ask to continue having the prescription on hand.
