Post TRT and sperm count

I need help! My wife and I are decided that we want a baby. I’m currently on TRT for about 15month. First year I wa on 75mg a week and then 100mg. I tried to keep the doses as minimal as possible just to be on the high end of the range. I made a sperm analysis and was it was 0. No swimmers, no dead nothing. My blood work: SHBG 4.5. With 16-68 range (low) Free androgen index=FAI > : 726 % 24.5 - 113.30 Total prolactin Serum CMIA 14.35 ng/ml 3.46 - 19.40 Total testosterone (CMIA) 32.68 nmol/l 8.76 - 27.85 LH Serum < 0.10 mIU/ml 0.57 - 12.07 FSH Serum < 0.05 mIU/ml 0.95 - 11.95 Free testosterone (Vermeulen formula) Serum > 1.19 nmol/l 0.230 - Basically everything is low except testosterone which is a bit above range. Now for the I NEED HELP part. I went to the doctor but he said basically it is what it is and prescribed some herbs to me and vitamin B and some other stuff which IMO are worthless. I have made a new appointment with another doctor but if anyone has advice who was on TRT and then restarted his sperm production i would love to hear. I need: What? How much? How long?
