Health Insurance Colorado, Brokers?

Hello So apparently my new employer will only pay a small fraction of health insurance coverage. Looking through the Colorado health insurance marketplace, that seems to leave a sizable chunk for me to cover. What's the word with insurance brokers? I get messages from bots and randoms, but how do I pick a broker that will actually be able to get a better deal and isn't sleazy (or a bot)? If it helps, I am a single 45yo male. Thanks in advance
