[Acne] How to fix this???

I literally don't know what to do with this - first picture is from a week ago, second is from today and there has been zero improvment (I think it got worse). I've tried moisturizing more, using face wash with salicylic acid, hot compress, cold compress. Please help me with this, and keep in mind I don't really have so much I can spend on skincare products.
