How important is it to use an up-to-date CT scan?

26M. I need to have a maxillofacial CT scan. I'd like to ask you if there's much difference between choosing a hospital with a 2018 Philips, GE Revolution Ascend, Siemens Somatom Go.top, or a Siemens NAEOTOM Alpha.
