RPL and Endo Excision Sucess

Actively losing my third pregnancy 😞. TTC for 12 cycles now. I have a smallish endometrioma in my R ovary which was found at 5 months TTC. I am working with RE, but I am also scheduled with Dr. Mini Somasundaram in Columbus, OH for excision surgery in two months. Has surgery helped anyone conceived and keep a pregnancy? Not quite ready for IVF yet. Before surgery, I will be getting an endometriosis biopsy for CD138 and Receptiva. Plus, I will be getting a RPL panel done. Normal HSG. I will have a hysteroscopy done during my surgery and to check tubes again. Thank you!
