In dire need of systemic relief but already on immunosuppressant

I take Olumiant for alopecia. I’d be bald without it. After living for years with no or almost no hair, I’m not willing to go back. Unfortunately, I also have grotesque eczema all over that is uncontrollable with topicals at this point. My dermatologist won’t prescribe another immune suppressant, but curious if anyone else’s doctor has and what it was? I can’t find any case studies online- maybe not searching the right way.
