Please tell me I’m not going to die of haemmorhagic shock

Age 27 Sex F Height 5’2 Weight 8.5 stone Duration of complaint x2/7 I’ve had severe LIF pain for 2 days. I went to the ED today and an ultrasound showed a cyst on my left ovary that was haemmorhagic and I had free fluid in my pelvis. The doctor sent me home and told me to take paracetemol. Is this okay? Like what if the blood keeps coming? I’m lying in bed atm and each time I get a pain I’m terrified the cyst has ruptured and I’m going to bleed to death. Any advice is greatly appreciated thank you
