I got Telogen Effluvium from weight loss, 7 months later showing recovery. Safe to diet again(am obese again)

5'9 , male, 206 pounds I went from 266 pounds to 160 from December 2024 to July 2025. I got TE from this, I avoided fat because it provided almost no satiety. I ate maintenence at first from this point but eventually got into surplus from depression. I thought I had Male Pattern Baldness and wasn't willing to risk Post Finasteride syndrome. But after getting fat in my diet again shedding stopped and I had regrowth. I wanna diet to 160lbs again, more sustainably with fat in my diet but I still wanna aim for 2lbs a week because I just don't wanna be obese/overweight much longer. I am planning to supplement healthy fats everyday to make sure my hormones are healthy. Especially with me being obese again, I hope 2lbe a week is safe if I watch macros? What do you think?
