6 years into hrt, dealing with sudden hair loss.

35 year old trans woman. I'm 6 years into hrt and I had an orchi in 2022. The last month, I've noticed some pretty bad hair loss. I dont know if its from using cheap product or the extreme stress of the past year. I even got so depressed I missed 1 of my 2 daily hrt doses multiple times a day for a month. All these things could be a cause. Has anyone else had this issue years after starting treatment? What did you do? Did you manage to recover? I have an appointment with my doctor in March, I switched to better shampoo and conditioner. All I can do is wait, hope the better product does the trick.
