Has anybody else combined the Mirena with Slinda?

Hi all, I'm 25 and have diagnosed stage IV endometriosis. I've had two surgeries (2019 and 2025). During my 2025 surgery, not all of my growths were accessible to remove via laparoscopy (I would need to have a hysterectomy). My right ovary (also my fattest ovary haha) has started to adhere to my pelvic wall. I had the Mirena implanted to try and help. However, after placement and 8 months later, my periods didn't go away, and I'm still getting really bad pains. I use a specialised TENS machine with heating, pain-relieving suppositories, Ponstan, and if those don't work, I have Oxycodone for breakthrough (I try to use that very rarely). We double-checked my Mirena placement with an internal ultrasound, and it was in a perfect spot. Now since November, I've had my period nonstop (3 months of a constant period). Blood tests all fine. I have chronic migraines so can't go on the combined pill. My specialist has now given me Slinda to try and stop the bleeding. If it doesn't work, she wants to chemically induce menopause (I've forgotten the medicine name but it starts with R). It's been a few days on Slinda but oh my god my boobs hurt so much haha, and I think they've already grown!? I feel very fatigued and honestly quite anxious. No change in bleeding so far but early days. I'm cramping badly. Has anybody else tried the combination of the Mirena and Slinda? Did you also have side effects? I'm not sure at what point (timeline) to go back to my doctor and say hey this isn't working for me... It's just nice to hear other people's experiences. Thank you.
