FUE No Shave - is it worth it?

Hi there, Considering HT with Dr. Patty (seen some amazing pics here) but I noticed they offer FUE No Shave option, although it's more expensive. Wondering if anyone has gone for something similar. Is it actually worth it? Will it disguise the fact that you had a transplant more than the shave, or if it's pretty obvious in the growing phase and you need to wear hats etc to stay discrete, is there much point? Thanks!
