Vyvanse experience

If Vyvanse didn't work as well for you, what did? I have taken adderall in the past and it worked great but would get very irritable on it. Vyvanse does work but wears off fast and makes me very sleepy. I am currently on a booster too and I don't even notice a difference when I take the booster. I usually get very sleepy on it and I just kind of feel like I am not a real person haha if that makes sense. I have a hard time remembering things and I just kind of feel like I am out of my body. I'm just not sure if this is the right medication for me. I've tried quite a few different doses as well. I have my appointment tomorrow so I'm just wanting to see some people's experiences with different medication!
