20M Presenting Hypothyroidism symptoms, recent blood panel says otherwise

Post Content

20M, 6’3”, 220 lbs, \~14% BF On 12/29 I got a routine blood test with my TSH coming back at 5.35. I have been showcasing many symptoms of hypothyroidism (brain fog, fatigue, cold intolerance, low libido) for a while now, so I took another thyroid panel yesterday. My results came back as follows: TSH: 2.19 Total T4: 7.7 Free T4: 2.8 T3 Uptake: 36 % These readings all seem in range, so now I’m confused. Is it an indicator of an early autoimmune disease (fluctuating), or is it just something else? Because on the blood panel I had done on 12/29, nothing was out of the ordinary but TSH. Some extra details: I have been off all supplements for around 3 weeks due to wanting to do a supplement washout.
