Feeling feverish/sick every month?

Has anyone else felt like they’re getting a fever and body aches a week or two before your period every month? This is what I’m going through most months. It feels like one long hot flash that just completely drains my energy, like I’m sick with fever. Back in October was also diagnosed with ecoli, took meds for that then had the flu and strep back to back because of my weakened immune system. Going through a fever/hot flash spell now and was wondering if anyone else went through similar. I have my annual gyno appointment on Monday and wrote down the dates and symptoms to track it and discuss with my doctor. 43F for reference, peri symptoms since I was 39, but worse over the last year. Also working with a GI and my PCP on gut health, but this monthly fever sick has been before the ecoli diagnosis, unless I had it well before diagnosis idk.
