Trying to salvage my attention span: apps that help with productivity/educational development

I am seeking suggestions for apps that can help me establish healthy habits into my daily life, with the goal of breaking my vicious doomscrolling cycle. I am heavily addicted to the instant gratification of TikTok and have dabbled in many ways of limiting my screen time (ex: Focus Friend & Screen Zen). I always seem to find a way around things and get sucked right back in like it has been engineered to do. I am hoping to deviate my attention to setting healthier goals with a planner system that isn’t too overwhelming, having tried things like Notion which I hyper-fixated on making something aesthetically pleasing to me. I would also like recommendations on beneficial apps that could spark meaningful thinking that I could use to improve my daily life, such as reading small essays or listening to educational content. I want to work on healing my creativity and be inspired, without comparing myself solely off of a 40 second video of someone else’s life.
