Looking for a specific feminizing HRT info resource
Post Content
I remember reading a really really good resource recently that went over the pros and cons of basically every feminizing HRT regimen, explained all of the different versions of injectables and had graphs for the expected estrogen blood levels over time depending on injectible, and ultimately advocated for monotherapy. It went over expected effects, expected timelines, optimal lab results. Needle gauges, injection techniques, the works. It pretty much had everything. The only thing it was (reasonably so) vague about was sourcing for DIY. Glossed over the author's completely unhidden gripes with official health organization's current HRT recommendations lagging behind research but still being considered the "gold standard." Something very specific I remember about it that could identify it was that, towards the end, the author advocated for supplementing creatine and exercising. Not for any transfem effects, just because it's a decent recommendation for overall health. It was extremely thorough, well-written, and easy to read, and I'd like to reread it... But I lost it. I'm pretty sure it was a web page, but it suggested that you save it as a pdf (wishing I would've listened).
