Looking for relief

I'm 41 and for the past few years I have been struggling with anxiety, low libido, loss of sleep, mood in the dumps and very low energy. I still currently get my cycle my doctor said the hormone test she gave me 2 years ago was normal and doesn't think its hormonal. When I was 24 I was treated with depolupron (pretty sure I didnt spell it correctly) for 9 months to treat endometriosis. Which through me into chemical induced menopause so I know what it feels like. My cycle has always been weird (it stopped for 2 whole years in my 30's and came back regular before I got pregnant with my second son at 34. I'm looking for suggestions on reliable and affordable companies for testing and treatment.... thanks in advance!
