Heart palpitations

38F, approx 165lbs, POTS, narcolepsy and asthma I woke up in the middle of the night feeling heart palpitations. It took me awhile to fall back asleep, but I eventually did When I woke up, they were still happening. It is currently around 4pm and they haven't stopped. Is this something I need to go to the ER for? Or is it okay to wait until I can see my doctor?
