United healthcare website, how to?

Ok like i have no idea how this works at all but i have united healthcare insurance and i have the app on my phone but i don't understand how it all works. So can i save actual money on it or get cash back or anything like that. Like what am i even actually saving by using the app and stuff? Like i dont't understand what am i really saving or getting from it besides showing all the meds and doctors i'v been to. So any advice on this is much appreciated. Thanks
