psoriasis disappeared after starting wegovy

I have had psoriasis on my fingers since 2019 and have tried *every* cortisol cream/treatment/tricks out there to get rid of it, as it's quite visible and sometimes embarrassing. To the point where I have been using gloves at work to not get comments by customers. When I started Wegovy, the psoriasis disappeared right away, and its completely gone! I'm on the lowest dose and will probably stay there, as I'm apparently a "super-responder." Does anyone know why this happens? I assume it will return when I'm off Wegovy, but I would love to know the trick to keeping it away forever. I still intake some sugar and diet free soda, and have also tried staying away from sugar etc for periods before wegovy to see if it increases the psoriasis, without luck. I'm really fascinated by how this medicine works.
