I don’t know what to do anymore

I’m seriously getting desperate. I’m also on a full supplement and RX plan and I’ve given it a while, but I’m worried. I work a physical job and in 3 months, things are going to kick back up. I’m starting to doubt the effectiveness of the natural route. Cannabis isn’t great for what I’m dealing with either. How hard is it to get narcotics from a pain doctor? I don’t want to go this route, but I feel like I don’t have a choice if I want to keep my job. I’d like to hear your thoughts. Thank you.
