PCOD related diet

Hi I am from Hyderabad and I got married and it's been 3 years. My wife's age 33 years 84 kg female. We are trying to get parents. But my wife is suffering from PCOS since her adulthood it seems and at that time when she checked with doctors they simply said post marriage you can consult us. Now when we are consulting doctors and recently (today) in yashoda hitech City (Dr.Krishnaveni Nayani) regarding this they are asking to reduce weight and come. We regret going there and very bad experience with her to be honest. My questions are : 1. Is it really possible to get pregnancy naturally if she loses the weight? 2. If yes, please suggest the diet plan. 3.please suggest some good doctor around miyapur, lingampally , Gachibowli, and chanda nagar who treats well and don't say same answer like reduce weight, change lifestyle etc etc.... Please help us in this because dietician and nutrition in the hospital are asking for 1000s of ruppees and may be we are not interested in that. Please help me with your inputs. She is doing night shift since 3 yrs continuously.
