I feel precipitated.

Post Content

SO now that i have decided to go seek medical attention again, i need help explaining to the doc this exact thing - I feel like my skin is wet. like its precipitated but I'm not. like someone threw dry ice at me. my skin is very cold to touch which makes me tremble so bad and then when I cover up with a throw blanket/sweater/random thick shirt i get stuffy right after 10 mins. it's like my skin can't breathe. like i have been closed in and it becomes hard to breathe. this goes on all day long. currently and granted we're in the middle of winter; my thermostat lives on 67f. How do i explain the doc in under 15 mins about this? amongst other related issues? is there a term for these precipitated feels thru the day you have used to save time? At night i go thru the classic hot flashes and night shivers. i now have entered the racoon eyes phase of this. i cannot sleep for over an hr at times because i get hot then i get up to drink cold water>back to sleep> up in an hr to pee. hamster wheel. yes, caffeine, alcohol is limited. im hydrated and i do workout tho i cannot lose a pound to save my life. weights keep me happy lol.
