Stroke question

Hi my question pertains to how would a person actively having a stroke react to being given haldol and sodium chloride iv. Hypothetical scenario. Young 32 year old man suddenly starts having a stroke where he retains alert consciousness throughout but is clearly in a bad state. Severe vomitting, collapse, vertigo/dizzyness, severe lack of balance and muscle weakness, unable to walk, difficulty talking etc. This man goes to a hospital and the doctor treats him for dehydration and I believe psychosis after memtioning having smoked weed 2 days prior. Without the patients consent or knowledge is given 1000mg of Haldol and 1000mg of sodium chloride both by iv while this person was not dehydrated amd actually actively dying, eventually going on to have this ischemic stroke for about 13 days altogether after being told It was just food poisoning and would clear in a few days on its own. Back to question, with treatment going way in the wrong direction how would sodium chloride and haldol have affected the situation and made it better or worse?
