Week 5, down 13 lbs

Still on 2.5 and my body is starting to regulate and I feel hunger which is great. Seems like losing weight isnt hard when im only eating one meal a day so now it’s about making sure i hit my food goals and adding in more consistent movement. But im at a weight i havent seen since my wedding 5 years ago so im STOKED!
