Alternative to orchiectomy

I'm on feminizing HRT and I want to get an orchiectomy, but I don't have access to it, and I believe I won't be able to get it for a long time. I learned about something called ‘stirring’(iykyk). Is it a good idea to do it? Dose anyone have experience with it? I know it's more of a kinky thing, but bottom dysphoria plays a much bigger role in this because I just can't deal with having balls.
