Help finding a psychiatrist for gender dysphoria.

I have made a few posts here recently and I've come to accept that, if nothing else, I need to see someone to help me work through all this, and if I really am a girl to help get me started on transitioning. I have absolutely no idea where to start. I've always had a hard time navigating bureaucracy, websites, forms, even spreadsheets and tables, due to a combination of ADHD and Dyscalculia, and now that it's the most important it's ever been I'm finding myself without the *ability* to get myself the help that I need. I live in the USA, in Maryland, and I am desperately in need of assistance figuring out how to find a doctor that will take me seriously, be able help me work through all this (because I'm still not even sure if I *am* a girl), *and* who will be able to start me on medical transition in the event that I realize I am a girl. If anyone here lives in Maryland, or if you are familiar with the systems around LGBTQ mental health, I would greatly appreciate your assistance.
