Virschows Node

36 yr old female with stomach issues and multiple swollen nodes. Last abdominal ctscan June and a neck scan 1 yr ago. Can a virchows node be on the left side towards the shoulder like aligning with it? I had a tetanus shot last Sat and reacted bad. Site swelled and all. But on my left side near the cervical and clavicle area I feel a huge movale lump. Not visble but palpable. The side of my left boob also aches. Is this an area for Vishows node?
