Crash at work (vent)

Yesterday, I was having a bad crash. I was trying to head to a meeting and had terrible brain fog so set off for the wrong place. It was uphill and I had to stop 3 times to sit down. I was crossing a road and got beeped at for walking too slowly. I ended up taking a bus one stop because I didn't know how I was physically going to get back to my office. My card didn't scan first time so the bus driver shouted me back to try again, even though I was clearly struggling and was sitting in the disabled section. It was the most upsetting and disorientating moment of managing my disability at work, and I'm actually so glad none of my colleagues saw me because I would have been so embarrassed.
