Hypoglycemia post RNY?

I am three months post op and down 53 lbs. I had my physical three weeks ago and my PCP and my dietician have both told me that my A1C means I have hypoglycemia now. Anyone else have this experience? Dietitian gave me a sample diet to help me plan. I would love any guidance and suggestions.
