Going to a Metal concert solo?

I (25M) have the opportunity to go to the O2 Arena in London to see Deftones next week (standing ticket). I love the band’s music, and they were my third top artist behind Bring Me The Horizon and Superheaven. But I have heard mixed reviews about their live performances. I’m not sure if they are as good as they were when they started 28 years ago. I’ve never gone to a metal concert before, and would be going alone (which I have also never done before) as I don’t have any friends who want to go with me. I’d also be travelling back to Southampton alone quite late. Should I go, or would you advise against it?
