How do I get to loosing again? I even picked up extra days in the gym and my cal deficit is 1356 and I burn 600 at the gym. What am I doing wrong? Anyone else have this issue? Do I need to eat more since I burn? But i don’t understand why I wouldn’t be loosing when I burn 600 cals at the gym wouldn’t your body just give in and loose the fat?
