I'm about to start a treatment but I'm overwhelmed by the info. Can you ladies share your best routines?

I've left my hair loss go too far. I've always thought I'm just taking a bad care of my hair so I tried everything - healthy, natural and expensive products, masks, fewer washing and so on. I just recently realised it's AGA (pretty obvious from the picture) and decided to do something about it. I have an appointment with my general practitioner soon to get my blood work done, possibly a dermatologist or trichologist as well. I have already started to wash my hair daily and started to use ketoconazol shampoo, and I'm working to improve my lifestyle (I quit smoking+exercise and healthier food) But apart from that, there is so much advice out there that I'm getting overwhelmed already. So I'm curious, what are you favourite and best routines that got you results? Some of the questions I have are * What is better, oral or topical minoxidil? Oral one scares me to be honest * What is the difference between 2% and 5% minoxidil * What are your favourite brands? I found a pretty cheap one (from kirkland I think) but it seems shady, I have looked at growplex as well but that's quite pricey * Do you prefer foam or serum? * Should I apply 1x or 2x a day? * Is LED or red-light therapy worth it? * Do you microneedle? * Do you use DHT blockers? Growplex has a natural one * HOW DO YOU STAY CONSISTENT?? I am so bad at consistency And generally any other type of advice you've got. And what is most effective. I don't want to have 20-step routine that would take me 1 hour because I know I would just quit 2 weeks in. And I have to share that I'm scared. The life-long commitment is crazyyyy. I hope you have a nice day 🥰
