Been on Zep for about 13 months now, weight loss has slowed a lot and I’m nervous I won’t reach a healthy weight.

I started 2.5mg January 16th, 2025 at 297 pounds. I stayed on 2.5mg for 8 weeks, then 5mg for 12 weeks, 4 weeks on 7.5mg, 16 weeks on 10mg, 12 weeks on 12.5mg and I’m taking my 5th dose of 15mg tonight with only 7 doses left of 15mg after tonight. Which is making me very nervous because insurance no longer covers this medication for weight loss and I’d need to pay out of pocket to continue which I’m not sure if I can afford but looks like I will have to. I’ve lost about 105 pounds since starting this medication and I’m still technically obese at 192 pounds and 5’7”. My goal weight is 155 pounds. My weight loss has slowed a lot in the past couple of months. I track what I eat on my fitness pal and average about 1,500 calories a day. I aim for atleast 90 grams of protein everyday. I try to eat clean. I don’t really drink anymore. I walk everywhere, I take Corepower hot yoga every Sunday and go to reformer Pilates class 2-4 times a week. I take martial arts every other Sunday too. I take a women’s once a day multivitamin and magnesium and k2/d3 supplements daily. I try to drink as much water as I can. I do all of the things I’m supposed to do. Why is the scale not budging anymore?
